Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of xicart.com and any purchase you make from Xicart. By browsing the site or placing an order you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. About us
Xicart supplies replacement parts, components and accessories for mobile devices. We are a trade and retail supplier; we are not an authorised service provider for any device manufacturer, and we are not affiliated with Apple, Samsung or any other brand named on this site. Brand names are used only to describe compatibility.
2. Product information and compatibility
We work hard to describe every part accurately, including the models it fits. Compatibility notes are guidance, not a guarantee: manufacturers sometimes revise hardware within the same model name. If you are unsure whether a part fits your device, contact us before ordering and we will confirm.
Product photographs are representative. Colour, packaging or supplier may vary between production batches without notice, and slight cosmetic differences do not constitute a defect.
3. Orders and acceptance
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order — and refund any payment in full — where stock is unavailable, where a pricing or description error is evident, or where we suspect fraud.
4. Prices, tax and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any import duties, taxes or customs charges levied at destination, which are the buyer’s responsibility. We may change prices at any time, but changes never affect an order already confirmed. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers.
5. Shipping and delivery
Estimated delivery windows are estimates, not commitments, and depend on carrier performance and customs clearance. Title and risk pass to you on delivery to the address you supplied. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for current lead times and options.
6. Returns, warranty and remedies
Our returns and warranty terms are set out on the Shipping & Returns page and form part of these terms. In short: report dead-on-arrival items within 7 days of delivery, return unused goods in original packaging within 30 days, and note that parts damaged by incorrect installation, liquid, or improper handling are not covered.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to scrape, resell or redistribute site content without permission, not to attempt to disrupt the site, and not to use it for any unlawful purpose. All trademarks, logos and text on this site remain the property of their owners.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for the goods concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost business or labour charges. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies to it.
