1. Actual Weight & Size Weight
Usually almost all of the logistics companies such as FedEX, UPS and DHL caculate the freight fee according to both the actual weight and size of the packages. They will charge the fee based the weight or size depending on which one is larger. For example, suppose there is a package whose actual weight is 0.2 KG, but the size weight is 0.4KG, then the freight fee will be charged on 0.4KG. Most of the packages shipped from Xicart have almost the same actual weight and "size weight" (as named by the logistics companies). Only under certain circumstances the size weight will outweight the actual weight (usually when the product is very heavy and big). The freight fee under such circumstances is usually higher than in normal situations.
2. About DHL Remote Fee
We will reserve the right for additional charge in case your delivery address is in very remote area. You can visit this link or DHL to check if you are in remote area.
If yes, please contact our sale representative for the additional charging fee of your order.
3. How long will it take to deliver the goods
The delivery time depends on the goods you order and the shipping method you choose, these are some information may help you to get a rough idea about deliver time.
After your payment is confirmed, we have a processing time for your order. During this period, please keep in touch with the salesman about shpping details. Generally speaking, the order will be shipped out within 1~3 workinng days after your payment is confirmed.
4. Shipping Methods
We deliver your package through international couriers like UPS, DHL, EMS, HK Post Air Mail and China Post. Customers can choose the shipping method they like.
Friendly reminder: if your package contained too many branded products, we may deliver it via different couriers in order to avoid the customs problem and confirm it with you before shipping.
In general, the delivery time of each international courier is as below:
UPS: Most shipped packages will be delivered to you within 2-5 business days from the day they are shipped.
DHL: Most shipped packages will be delivered to you within 2-5 business days from the day they are shipped.
EMS: Most shipped packages will be delivered to you within 5-15 business days from the day they are shipped.
HongKong Post: Most shipped packages will be delivered to you within 10-30 business days from the day they are shipped.
China Post: Most shipped packages will be delivered to you within 10-30 business days from the day they are shipped.
Please noted that the shipping time may be influenced by many factors, such as customs inspection or postal delay. If you can’t receive packages within a month, please kindly inform us.
You can also choose "Pick Up", which means that you take the goods directly from our warehouse without paying shipping fee.
If you need to ship the goods to your Chinese partner or Chinese Forwarder, please tell us his/her contact information, such as name, address, tel and etc. We will contact him/her. (Please be noted that you should pay the express fee from our company to the destination.)
5. Customs Duties and Taxes
You may be charged customs duties and taxes for sometimes your purchase online in our website because it is are not included in the overall shipping costs of all our products price you pay in Xicart.com. Sometimes your country customs might check packages randomly and cause customs duties and taxes accordingly.
6. How can I calculate the shipping cost?
You can calculate the shipping cost for your goods on our site directly by following steps:
1.Choose the goods you need first and add them to your shopping cart ;
2. On the right side of your shopping cart, click the button ;
3. Choose the country where you want to deliver the goods and confirm ;
4. You will see the shipping cost of different ways (DHL, HK Post and etc), and choose the best shipping method.

To return a product, please first read though the following terms and conditions, then follow our returns online procedure.
PS: All our machine products cannot be return because of China customs tax is even higher than machine iteself, but we will provide aftersales support to solve problems until they can work normally.
We know that you will be pleased with your purchases from Xicart. However, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us.
Items Damaged in Transit
If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 7 working days (please note that this is 48 hours for our business customers). If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it's best to sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.
Items Faulty on Arrival
If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 28 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault (please note that for our business customers, this is 14 calendar days). Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs. We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.
Items Faulty in Warranty Period
If any of your purchases develop a fault, and it's no more than 1 year since receipt, then provided your item is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair. please return the items to below address :
All returns must be informed with Xicart acknowledgement before return. Please inform our correspondent sales in advance before return.
Return should be shipped by EMS or your local post. We don't accept DHL, UPS and other express because of the tax and customs issue. There must be a tracking number which could be followed on relative website.
