2. Can you make an invoice according to the customer's requirements ?
Yes, we usually make shipping invoice as customer's request, such as goods description, goods value etc.
3. If I placed an order on Xicart, payment has been confirmed, but i just forgot 2 items, how should I do?
You can place a new order on our website, then we will arrange it for you and ship them together.
Or you can contact our salesmen and tell him/her the additional items, he/she will make a PI for you, After receiving your payment, we will arrange it and ship the goods out together.
4. What can I do if some products I ordered are out of stock?
Xicart will try to keep all products in stock. However, some certain products can’t be guaranteed because there are not plenty of goods on our market, products price isn't stable or etc.
If the product is out of stock, our sales will inform you via e-mail promptly. You can choose to wait for it, apply for a refund, change similar products or add balance used in your next order. Please note that if you wait for the product, it may take a longer time to deliver the goods to you.
5. How can I track my order?
Two ways are available for you to track your order:
1. Once your goods are sent out, our system will send you the tracking number by email automatically. Just check the link, it will guide you.
2. Login in with your account on our website. If the goods have been sent out, you can see the tracking number after you sign in. ( More Detail )
